高效液相色谱-蒸发光散射法同时测定牙膏中糖醇类物质

Simultaneous determination of sugar alcohols in toothpaste by high performance liquid chromatography-evaporative light scattering detection

摘要 建立了高效液相色谱-蒸发光散射法同时检测牙膏中木糖醇、山梨糖醇和麦芽糖醇3种甜味剂的方法。牙膏样品经超纯水提取后,以乙腈-水(体积比70:30)为流动相,经高效液相色谱的氨基柱分离,蒸发光散射检测器进行检测。结果表明,3种甜味剂在0.05~5mg·L-1的范围内,具有良好的线性关系;在3个添加水平下,样品的平均回收率为98.67%。102.00%,相对标准偏差为0.3%~2.0%;3种甜味剂的检出限(SIN=3)均为0.01mg·L-1。 A high performance liquid chromatographic method with evaporative light scattering detection ( HPLC - ELSD) was established for simultaneous determination of three kinds of sweetener including xylitol, sorbitol and mahitol in toothpaste. The toothpaste sample was extracted by ultrapure water and the aqueous extract was separated by HPLC with amino column using aeetonitrile -water (70: 30) solution as mobile phase and detected by ELSD. The results showed that the three sweeteners display good linearity within the range of 0. 05 -5 mg L-1. The recoveries for three sweeteners range from 98.67% to 102.00% at three spiked concentration levels with the relative standard deviations (RSD) range from 0. 3% to 2.0%. The limit of detection (LOD,S/N = 3) is 0.01 mg L-1 for all the three sweeteners.
