摘要
本文采用 WHO 推荐的身高别体重、身高标准体重等指标,观察闽侯县荆溪乡小儿生长监测实施的效果,0～2岁小儿生长发育水平得到提高。营养状况取得改善,婴儿死亡率、新生儿低出生体重率逐年下降(P<0.01),缺铁性贫血和Ⅱ°佝偻病患病率均低于同期对照组(P<0.05)。
The effect of infantt s(0～2 years)growth monitoring in Jing Xi village, Min Hou county was observed by the method of comparative research. The result showed that the level of growth and development rose, the nutritive condition improved, infant mortality rate reduced and the newborn of low birth weight decreased year by year (P<0. 01). Morbidity of iron deficient anemia and ticket was lower than control group at the same time(P<0. 05). This method was useful for the assessment on the effect of growth monitoring with weight for height index recommended by WHO. It suggested that growth monitoring was a better method for improving and increasing health of young children in the countryside.
