摘要
综述了近年来以纳米SiO2为无机相的透明耐磨硬质UV固化杂化涂料的研究进展,分析讨论了其应用潜力以及目前存在的主要技术问题,包括纳米SiO2溶胶的制备、均匀稳定分散、光固化双键转化率的提高、涂层的高透明性与其他物理性能的兼顾等;介绍了解决上述问题的基本理论和方法;展望了透明耐磨硬质UV固化杂化涂料的发展方向。
This paper has reviewed the research progress of transparent wear - resistant and hard UV curable hybrid coatings in recent years, and discussed the potential application of this coatings as well as the existing technical problems at present, mainly including prepara- tion of nano SiO2 gel and its storage stability, uniform and stable dispersion, high conversion rate of double bond durinbg UV curing, combination of high transparency, wear resistance and hardness. Some basic them7 and the methodz to solve these problems were proposed. The de- velopment trends was also prospected.
