摘要
以氟碳树脂为成膜物质,加入红外特性颜填料,采用机械共混法制备了一种无铬环保的新型伪装涂料。采用UVPC系统分析了各色颜料的可见光-近红外漫反射特性,研究表明蓝绿色颜料仅有可见光-近红外波段的"红边"效应,多种红外特性颜料复合,可使伪装涂料达到类似绿色植被的"红边"和"近红外高原"光谱特性,具有高光谱伪装效果,同时涂膜具有良好的理化综合性能。
In this article, a chromium- free environmental friendly coating with hyper- spectral camouflage property was prepared using fluorocarbon resin as the main fihn forming matter and suitable infrared pigments by mechanical blending. The diffuse reflectivities of pig- ments were characterized by UV- 3101PC speetrophotometer. The results indicated that blue and green pigments only showed a "red edge" phenomena in visible and near infrared band. To obtain a hyperspectral camouflage and excellent comprehensive performance, it needs to blend various kinds of infrared pigments to give the near infrared plateau reflectance spectrum.
