摘要
在玉米花药培养过程中 ,对花药的雄核发育过程及其药壁组织变化进行观察表明 :玉米离体花药培养的雄核发育途径主要有 3种 ,即 :A -V途径 ,A -G途径和A -VG途径。
Oberservations on androgenesis of anther show that three modes of androgenesis are development by way of vegetative cell, development by way of reproductive cell and development by way of both vegetative and reproductive cell. Anther wall tissue has an effect on androgenesis.
