摘要
对徐薯 18和徐薯 34两个不同的品种分别用不同的培养容器及不同的光波试验结果表明 ,甘薯试管苗的生长具有明显的选择性吸收光谱的特性 ,而且不同品种对光波的吸收有差异。徐薯 18趋向红光 ,徐薯 34趋向蓝光 ;而同光照不同容器的条件 ,对甘薯试管苗生长也具有明显的差异。
Light is one of essential factors for plant growth. The results of this research showed that sweetpotato plantlets were with selective absorption on spectrum in vitro, and differences were found among varieties. The Xushu18 prefers red light in vitro, but Xushu34 grows well under blue light condition. Container volume characters would be significant effect on growth also
