摘要
分别采用鹤望兰的种子和短茎切段作外植体进行了组织培养 ,结果表明 :两种外植体在加入高浓度 6 BA (2 0mg·L- 1 )的培养基和低浓度 6 BA (3~ 7mg·L- 1 )的培养基上交替培养 ,既能防止褐化 ,又能获得再生芽。种子切段培养是通过类似原球茎的方式再生 。
The in vitro tissue culture of Strelitzia reginae using seed segments and stem segments as explants respectively have been studied.The results showed that explants were cultured alternately on the medium with high and low concentration hormone was best for adventitious shoot induction and against changing brown.Two kinds of regeneration pathways were observed:one was regeneration directly from protocorm of seed segments,the other was adventitious shoot induction from callus of short stem segments.
