茶氨酸的药理学作用及机制 被引量:7

摘要 茶是人们喜爱的饮品,具有很好的保健功能,但是,茶叶及其主要成分的药理学作用也越来越受到广大医学研究工作者的关注。茶叶中的药理学活性成分主要包括茶多酚、茶氨酸、咖啡碱、茶多糖、茶色素等,其中茶多酚的作用非常广泛,笔者对其在肿瘤中的作用靶点及抗肿瘤实验治疗中的作用进行了综述。
