摘要
为了满足机载电子设备迅速增加的散热需求,需要寻找适合机载环境使用的热管对电子器件进行有效冷却,以保证其在合适的温度下工作。分析了4种主要热管的特性,认为带有双储液器的微型环路热管具有适应飞机加速度以及倾斜角度改变的特性,是比较适合机载设备散热的热管类型,微槽道平板热管是另外一种有前途的热管类型。
The increasing demands on aircraft electronic equipment dissipation systems requires heat-pipes more suitable for the aircraft environment to cool electronic parts effectively and to maintain proper operating temperatures for electronic equipment. Dual compensation chamber loop heat pipe is shown to be the most suitable for airborne electronic equipment after analysis of four main types of heat-pipes and taking both the acceleration and changes in incline of aircrafts into consideration. Likewise, flat heat-pipe with rectangular micro-grooves is another type of heat-pipe with potential.
