护理干预对髋关节表面置换术效果的影响 被引量：1

摘要 先天性髋关节发育不良是临床上导致髋关节继发性骨关节炎的常见疾病之一。髋关节表面置换术用于治疗先天性髋关节发育不良，具有术后功能恢复佳、保留股骨侧骨量的特点。长期的临床实践亦已证明，髋关节表面置换的优点非常明显，适合东方人的生活方式，其中运用全方位的护理干预是患者功能恢复、避免并发症发生、提高生活质量的关键。本科于2006年3月～2010年3月对56例先天性髋关节发育不良患者进行了髋关节表面置换术，经1240个月的随访，取得良好的效果，现将护理报道如下。
