Analysis of changes of Daily Dietary Nutrition in supervising community population in Changsha

摘要 目的:分析监测社区人群日常膳食营养变动情况,进行脑血管病的一级预防研究。方法:“九五”期间在长沙市进行社区人群的膳食调查。结果:长沙市监测社区35~74岁居民平均每日胆固醇的摄入量在增加(t=2.65、P<0.05);维生素E和维生素C等摄入量减少;从性别来看,胆固醇摄入量的增加主要是由于女性过多摄入引起。结论:长沙市监测社区居民抗氧化维生素平均每日摄入量有减少的趋势,女性平均每日胆固醇的摄入量明显增加。 Objective: To analyze the changes of daily dietary in supervising community population and studying primary prevention for cerebrovascular diseases. Methods: A dietary survey was carried out in community population in the urban area of Changsha during the period of 'The Ninth Five-Year Plan'. Results: We found increase of daily intake of cholesterol in the residents aged 35 to 74 years old and decrease of daily intake of vitamin E and vitamin C. The increase of cholesterol was found in female group. Conclusion: During the period of 'The 9th Five-year Plan' daily intake of cholesterol in female guoup increased clearly and daily intake of antioxidant vitamins in both male and female groups decreased.
