成人退变颈椎间盘骨形态发生蛋白的表达及意义 被引量:16

摘要 目的 :研究成人退变颈椎间盘组织中骨形态发生蛋白 (bonemorphogeneticprotein ,BMP)的表达及其意义。方法 :以抗人骨形态蛋白单克隆抗体 (hBMP McAb)为第一抗体 ,以免疫组化方法 (ABC法 )对 13例取自颈椎病患者的退变颈椎间盘组织进行染色观察 ,并与来自 6例急性创伤患者的颈椎间盘进行对比。结果 :13例退变椎间盘组织中均存在BMP表达阳性细胞 ,其中 11例的阳性细胞为软骨细胞和成纤维样细胞 ,2例为单纯软骨细胞表达阳性。 6例创伤者均为阴性染色。结论 :颈椎病的椎间盘组织细胞可分泌BMP ,BMP可能对颈椎间盘退变发挥了一定作用。 Objective:To determine the biological function of the bone morphogenitic protein(BMP) in the process of degeneration of cervical intervertebral disc.Method:Anti hBMP McAb was used to inspect degenerative cervical disc tissues obtained from 13 cervical spondylosis with ABC immunohistochemical staining.Another group of cervical disc tissues obtained from acute traumatic cervical spine were analysed as control.Result:Positive expression of hBMP was observed in all specimens from cervical spondylosis,whereas there were no positive expression in specimens obtained from traumatic cervical spine.The positive expression cells were mainly chondrocytes and fibroblast like cells.Conclusion:The degeneration of cervical disc is human being is related to unusual highly expression of BMP.
