摘要
目的:通过提高辐射器的性能进而增加肿瘤热疗的适应范围和疗效。方法:在MaxSAR(最大比吸收率)处增加垫片测量EHS,不同介质作藕合剂测量EHD。结果:增加垫片可不同程度增加ESH,最好的提高了42.9%,水作介质最好,EHD约为 3 cm。结论:通过降低热点区 SAR值的方法增加 EHS,用表面冷却法增加 EHD,提高微波辐射器性能。
Objective: To make Hyperthermia more effective in the treatment of tumor by improving the capabilities of microwave applicator. Methods: Comparing the EHS values at the location of Max SAN between adding or not adding a cushion there. Measuring EHD in different kinds of medium as bolus. Results: EHS were enlarged in some degree by adding a cushion at the location of Max SAR, the best is 42.9%. Water was the most effective medium as bolus, its EHD was 3 cm approximately. Conclusion: With the enlarged EHS by decrease the SAR at hot spot and increased EHD by means of water superficial cooling, the MW-applicator capabilities can be improved.
