摘要
目的 :从本草文献中探讨天然药物薤白的确切基原与性效。方法 :通过本草文献考证 ,结合实地调查中医临床用药情况分析。结果 :薤白 ,古今有别。古代本草文献所载薤白不是现代药用品种小根蒜。结论 :古代医药文献所载薤白是百合科植物薤 Aillium chinense而不是同属植物小根蒜 A.macrostemon薤白小根蒜应分分别用名 ,分别入药。全国统编教材 ,《中国药典》收载薤白品种应定为薤。
OBJECTIVE:To explore a precise primary origin and characteristic of natural medicine Aillirm Chinese from Materia Medica.METHODS:Through studies all available literature about Materia Medica in ancient Chian,with a investigation on the spot and linking analysis clinical application of Traditional Chinese Medicine.RESULTS:Modern medicine breed A.maerostemon Bunge is no Aillium Chinese G.Don.which was recorded in literature of Materia Medica in ancient China.CONCLUSION:Aillum Chinese and A.maerostemon Bunge should be used as medicine respectively,species of Aillium Chinese G.Don.should be named as Aillium Chinese in national unified compile textbook and Chinese pharmacopoeia,however A.maerostemon Bunge should be given a another definition.
