摘要
目的 研究鼻腔圆形细胞恶性肿瘤的临床病理组织学特征。方法 报告 34例鼻腔圆形细胞恶性肿瘤 ,观察其病理组织学表现 ,用免疫组织化学方法标记肿瘤。结果 鼻腔非何杰金氏恶性淋巴瘤 2 1例 ,嗅神经母细胞瘤 5例 ,未分化癌 5例 ,胚胎性横纹肌肉瘤 2例 ,恶性黑色素瘤 1例。结论 鼻腔圆形细胞恶性肿瘤的生存率与肿瘤类型和临床分期有关。
Objective To assess the clinicopathological characteristics and histogenesis of round cell malignant tumor in the nasal cavitary.Methods 34 cases were invesigated under the light microscopic level and were studied by immunohistochemical technics.Results There were five patterns,including 21 cases of malignant lymphoma, 5 cases of olfactory neuroblastoma,5 cases of undifferentiated carcinoma,2 cases of embryonic rhabdomyosarcoma,1 case of malignant melanoma.Conclusions The prognosis of nasla round cell malignant tumor is related to its type and clinical stage. [
