摘要
目的 :观察运用中西医结合疗法治疗非胰岛素依赖型糖尿病 (NIDDM)合并冠心病的临床疗效。方法 :将 110例 NIDDM合并冠心病患者随机分为 2组 ,对照组 (4 5例 )采用丹参片、达美康、心痛定等治疗 ;治疗组 (6 5例 )在对照组治疗的基础上加服中药糖心饮口服液 ,观察治疗前后 2组临床症状、心电图 ST T改变、血糖及血液流变学等检测指标变化。结果 :治疗组经治疗后胸闷、心悸、气短、乏力等临床症状消失 ,心绞痛发作频率明显减少 ,心绞痛持续时间缩短。心电图及各项实验室检测指标均有改善 ,2组临床症状总有效率分别为93.8%与 73.3% ,有显著差异 (P<0 .0 5 )。结论 :中西医结合疗法不但能使血糖得到理想控制 ,而且还能迅速消除 NIDDM合并冠心病患者的自觉症状 ,减少心绞痛的发作频率 ,缩短心绞痛的持续时间 ,使心电图 ST T得到改善 ,随着服药时间延长 ,远期疗效更持久稳定 。
Objective:To observe the clinically curative effects on treatment with integrated traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine (TCM WM) for noninsulindependent diabetes mellitus(NIDDM) complicating coronary heart disease.Methods:One hundred and ten cases with NIDDM complicating coronary heart disease were divided into two groups.The control group ( n =45) was treated with salvia miltiorrhizae tablet,diamicron and nifedipine taken orally but the Tangxinyin oral liquor () was added in the treatment group ( n =65).Clinical symptoms,electrocardiogram(ECG),blood glucose and the parameters of blood rheology were observed in two groups before and after therapy.Results:In the treatment group after therapy,the clinical symptoms were disappeared,the ECG and the laboratory parameters were improved.The totally effective rates were 93 8% and 73 3% respectively in two groups and the difference was significant ( P <0 05).Conclusions:After using TCM WM,not only blood glucose is controlled,the symptoms of NIDDM with coronary heart disease are disappeared.The number and time of angina pectoris are reduced,ECG improved.Therefore,the curative effects are better in the treatment group.
