摘要
微囊藻毒素-LR(MC-LR)是淡水蓝藻产生的毒性极强的毒素,通过接触、饮用等途径对人体健康造成极大威胁。通过对产微囊藻毒素-LR的铜绿微囊藻进行培养,采用超声波破碎、溶剂萃取法进行萃取,并经高效液相色谱法进行纯化,最终获得微囊藻毒素-LR纯品,为微囊藻毒素-LR的进一步研究奠定基础。
Microcystin-LR （MC-LR） is a highly toxic substance produced by freshwater cyanobacteria. There is a great threat to human health through contacting or drinking it. Microcystis aeruginosa produced MC-LR were cultured to some extent and the algae cells were crushed by ultrasonic. Then solvent extraction methods and high performance liquid chromatography （HPLC） methods were carried out. MC-LR was got finally after freeze-drying. It lays the foundation for further research on MC-LR.
