摘要
微小RNA(microRNA,miRNA)是一类广泛存在于真核生物体的内源性单链小分子RNA。作为天然存在的基因表达调控分子,miRNA及其靶位点的单核苷酸多态性(single nucleotide polymorphisms,SNPs)和人类疾病的发生有密切关系。特定miRNA表达谱可辅助临床对疾病进行诊断、分型及预后,将为生命科学以及临床医学等领域带来一场新的革命。
MicroRNA （miRNA） is a kind of small single-stranded RNA, which widely existed in eukaryotes. As a natural molecules to regulate gene expression, single nucleotide polymorphisms （SNPs） of miRNA have closely related to human diseases. The specific profile of miRNA can contribute to clinical diagnosis, classification and prognosis of the disease. MiRNA will bring a new revolution in the life sciences, genetics and clinical medicine.
