摘要
目的 :探讨肝门部胆管癌和尾状叶肝结石术中对尾状叶的处理。方法 :对 2 1例肝尾状叶因以上疾病经外科治疗的患者进行随访总结。结果与结论 :肝尾状病变处理棘手 ;肝门部胆管癌常侵及尾状叶 ,其根治范围应包括肝尾状叶的切除 ;尾状叶肝管结石应切开左右肝管 。
Objective:To study the treatment about of liver caudate lobe in the operation of hilar bile duct carcinoma and cholelichiasis.Methods:Analysed the 21 cases that their liver caudate lobe have been undergone surgical treatment for that diseases.Results:It is difficult to deal with the disease in the caudate lobe because of the location.Hilar bile duct carcinoma often infiltrate the caudate lobe and the scope of radical operation must include the resection of liver caudate lobe.Conclusions:It is necessary for choleithiasis of caudate lobe to incise the right and left bile duct and remove the stone in operation.
