摘要
针对笔者公司目前失效分析工作中存在的问题.开发了失效分析数据库.并在企业中进行了应用。失效分析数据库在失效分析案例文字和图片的保存、失效分析案例的查询和统计、同类失效件失效原因的归纳总结、失效分析人员经验的积累、零件生产环节质量的监控和管理等方面发挥了重要作用。
According to the questions about failure analysis in the authorrs company, the database for failure analysis was developed and applied. The database for failure analysis has played an important role in preserving the pictures and articles of failure analysis cases, querying and statistics of the cases, summary for failure reasons of the similar cases, accumulating the experience of failure analysts, monitoring and managing the quality of production chain, and so on.
