摘要
国家环境保护模范城市创建工作自开展以来,三次调整管理办法,六次调整指标体系,管理制度不断完善,考核要求逐渐加严。模范城市历经螺旋式发展,目前已步入稳步发展、快速提升时期,空间分布重心正由东部逐渐向中西部转移,区域差异逐渐缩小,且与国家城镇化格局关系密切。结合全国模范城市创建经验,总结出模范城市在强化生态建设、转型升级发展、解决重点难题、管理体制创新等方面的做法,并对未来模范城市的建设和发展提出建议。
The work of building National Environmental Protection Model Cities has made remarkable achievements. By re- viewing the related work management system and the history of model cities, this paper studies the distribution of current model cities and analyzes the major achievements of model cities. The paper also proposed some suggestions for improvements.
