摘要
利用自动在线监测,通过网络传输系统,形成上海某区环境网络监控中心系统,对环境质量进行实时监控,包括对环境空气PM2.5、PM10、SO2、NO2等的监测,对省际地表水pH、COD、氨氮、总磷、总氮、电导率等九项因子的监测;对污染源的实时监测,包括对废水流量、pH、COD、重金属等的监测,对废气SO2、NO2、烟尘,还有工业区的挥发性有毒污染物及恶臭污染的监测,形成一个区全覆盖的环境监空体系,并通过实时监测,建立污染预警体系,以提升整个区的环境监测及监管能力,控制污染,做好污染事故的应急措施,降低保障一方的环境污染风险。
This paper adopted automatic on - line monitoring and Internet transmission system to construct an environment monitoring center to control the environment of a district in Shanghai. In order to offer real -time monitoring data, the PM2.5, PM10, SO2 , NO2 , etc. of ambient air were monitored. Nine indexes of regional surface water were monitored, including pH, COD, ammonia nitrogen, total phosphorus, total nitrogen, conductivity, etc. For wastewater, flow, pH, COD, heavy metals were monitored. For waste gas, SO2 , NO2, exhaust gas, dust, and toxic volatile pollutants of industrial zone and the odor pollu- tion monitoring were supervised. This paper formed an overall environmental monitoring system through the establishment of early warning system with real time monitoring data to promote pollution control, emergency measures and risk reduction.
