糖尿病合并心力衰竭及其临床对策和药物选择

摘要 糖尿病是一种以高血糖为主要临床特征的代谢性疾病，常伴发其它代谢性疾病，如高血脂、高尿酸、高血压、超重或肥胖等。心力衰竭是指心脏因结构或功能异常引发血流动力学障碍，导致外周组织代谢供应不足，出现以呼吸困难、疲乏、和水肿为常见的临床表现。糖尿病与心脑血管疾病是密切相关的疾病，
