改性陶粒处理含磷废水研究 被引量:4

摘要 陶粒经过镧系稀土金属元素改性后处理含磷废水。探讨了改性陶粒的用量、接触时间、温度、原水pH值、原水初始浓度等因素对除磷效果的影响。结果表明:改性后的陶粒对废水中的磷酸盐去除效果较明显,当废水pH值为4~11、磷浓度在0~40mg/L,按改性陶粒与磷质量比为250:1来处理含磷废水,反应时间在5h之内,剩余磷酸盐的浓度〈0.5mg/L,磷的去除率达98%以上,处理后的废水可达排放标准。 The treatment of phosphorous - containing wastewater with lanthanide thulium modified ceramisite was experimentally investigated. The dose usage and contact time period of the modified ceramisite, the temperature, the original pH value and the original initial concentration have been discussed about their impact on the removal effect. The results showed that the modified ceramisite had a prominent phosphorus removal effect. When the pH of wastewater was 4 - 11, phosphorus concentration ranged at 0 - 40mg/L, the mass ratio of ceramisite and phosphorus was 250: 1, the reaction time remained within 5 hours, and the remaining phosphorus concentration was 〈 0. 5mg/L, the removal rate was high as 98%. The treated wastewater could be discharged in compliance.
