摘要
目的:观察沙参麦冬汤加减治疗小儿阴虚咳嗽的疗效。方法:选择2012年10月～2013年4月应诊的阴虚咳嗽患儿43例,以沙参麦冬汤为主方,随症加减,6d后统计疗效。结果:治愈24例(55.81%),好转15例(34.88%),未愈4例(9.30%),总有效率为90.70%。结论:应用沙参麦冬汤加减治疗小儿阴虚咳嗽疗效显著。
Objective： To observe the efficacy of Shashen Maidong decoction on treating Yin deficiency cough in children. Methods From October 2012 to April 2013, 43cases of Yin deficiency cough in children were treated with Shashen Maidong decoction. To stats effects after 6 days. Results： 24 cases （55.81%） were cured, improved in 15 cases （34.88%）, healed in 4 cases （9.30%）, total efficiency was 90.70%. Conclusion： Shashen Maidong decoction has significant effect on Yin deficiency cough.
