摘要
目的:探讨应用点刺四缝穴治疗婴幼儿腹泻的临床疗效。方法:选取我院从2011年1月～2012年1月收治的200例腹泻患儿做为研究对象。随机分为两组,每组100例。对照组患儿采取常规西医治疗方法,观察组患儿在西医常规治疗的基础上,配合点刺四缝穴。对比两组患儿的临床疗效与不良反应。结果:观察组患儿的治疗总有效率显著高于对照组,且无并发症与不良反应发生。结论:应用点刺四缝穴治疗配合西医常规治疗婴幼儿腹泻临床较好,患儿术后恢复快,缩短了病程,无不良反应与并发症,值得临床推广应用。
Objective： To evaluate the clinical efficacy of pricking Sifeng on treating infantile diarrhea. Methods： From January 2011 to January 2012, 200 cases of diarrhea were treated and as the object of study. Randomly divided into two groups, each for 100 cases. Control group was treated by conventional modem medicine; the observation was treated with pricking Sifeng based on conventional modem medicine treatment. Two groups of children with clinical efficacy and adverse reactions were compared. Results： The total efficiency of the observation group was significantly higher, with no complications and adverse reactions. Conclusion： Pricking Sifeng plus conventional modem medicine has good effect on treating infantile diarrhea, faster postoperative recovery in children; shorten the course of disease, no adverse reactions and complications, worthy of clinical application.
