摘要
利用特征矩阵的方法,推导出TE波在一维光子晶体中光场的分布公式,研究了一维圆柱光子晶体波导内部各模式光的场分布特征。禁带中各模式的光场随传播深度的增加而迅速衰减。导带中各模式的光场不随传播深度的增加而衰减。这些特征的获得深化了对一维圆柱光子晶体波导中模式禁带和导带的形成的认识。
Abstract. Using the method of characteristic matrix, the light field formula of TE wave in 1D photonic crystal is deduced, and the light field distribution of the cylindrical waveguide of 1D photonic crystal is studied. Light field of the modes decreases with the increase of the propagation depth in band gap, while the light field in conduction band is ir the opposite. These features help the understanding of the formation of forbidden and conduction bands in the cylindrical waveguide of 1D photonic crystal.
