妊娠高血压患者血清超敏C反应蛋白与脐动脉血流动力学变化相关研究 被引量:6

Study on the correlation between serum hypersensitive C-reactive protein and hemodynamic change of umbilical artery in patients with hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy

摘要 目的:研究妊娠高血压综合征与血清超敏C反应蛋白、脐动脉血流动力学变化的相关性。方法:选取妊娠高血压患者110例,其中妊娠期高血压组60例,子痫前期组50例,设置健康对照组50例,测量血清超敏C反应蛋白及脐动脉血流动力学参数。结果:妊娠高血压组血清超敏C反应蛋白水平明显高于正常组(P﹤0.01),脐动脉血流S/D比值、RI值均比对照组增高(P﹤0.01),随着病情加重血清超敏C反应蛋白,脐动脉血流S/D比值、RI值增高更显著,观察组1和观察组2比较有统计学差异(P﹤0.01)。结论:妊娠高血压综合征与血清超敏C反应蛋白、胎儿脐动脉血流改变有一定的相关性,通过血清C反应蛋白值和脐动脉血流参数可了解妊娠高血压的程度,预测胎儿宫内生长环境,预测妊高征的预后。 Objective: To research the correlation between hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy (HDCP) and serum hy- persensitive C -reactive protein (CRP) , hemodynamic change of umbilical artery. Methods: A total of 110 patients with HDCP were se- lected, including 60 patients in gestational hypertension group and 50 patients in preeelampsia group ; 50 normotensive women were selected as control group ; the levels of serum hypersensitive CRP and hemodynamic parameters of umbilical artery in the three groups were measured. Results: The serum level of hypersensitive CRP in gestational hypertension group was statistically significantly higher than that in control group (P 〈 0. 01 ) ; umbilical artery S/D ratio and resistance index (RI) in umbilical artery in gestational hypertension group was statistical- ly significantly higher than that in control group ( P 〈 0. 01 ) ; serum hypersensitive CRP levels, S/D ratios and RI values in umbilical artery increased significantly with aggravation of the disease, there were statistically significant differences between gestational hypertension group and preeelampsia group (P 〈 0.01 ) . Conclusion: There is a certain correlation between HDCP and serum hypersensitive CRP, hemody- namie change of umbilical artery; detecting serum hypersensitive CRP level and hemodynamie parameters can predict the degree of HDCP, intrauterine growth environment of fetuses, and prognosis of patients with HDCP.
