泮托拉唑联合曲美布汀治疗反流性食管炎的疗效与安全性观察被引量：4

摘要目的研究和观察泮托拉唑联合曲美布汀治疗反流性食管炎的疗效与安全性。方法将2011年1月至2012年12月在本院诊治的240例反流性食管炎患者随机分为二组,观察组(泮托拉唑与曲美布汀联合治疗组)120例,对照组(泮托拉唑组)120例,比较这二组治疗后的疗效和安全性。结果治疗5个疗程后,观察组有效率为97.5%,高于对照组的85.8%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组副反应发生率为5%,对照组%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论泮托拉唑联合曲美布汀治疗反流性食管炎的疗效高于单纯使用泮托拉唑治疗,并且安全性高。
