粉虱座壳孢菌的空间分布型及其抽样技术 被引量:2

The Spatial Distribution Pattern and the Sampling Methods of Aschersonia aleyrodis in Citrus

摘要 根据,/,/m,C_A。C 和 K 等聚集度指标测定结果,粉虱座壳孢菌子座在柑桔园的空间分布属聚集分布,其 Iwao 和 Taylor 的线性回归关系分别为=1.720 2+1.313m(r=0.787)和1gV=0.500 8+1.035 6 1g m(r=0.912 9).同时,本文还给出了在允许误差 D=0.1,0.2,0.3,平均子座密度在0.5—10个7叶,间隔密度为0.5情况下的田间理论抽样数和树、叶之间最佳配额数. The spatial distribution pattern of A.aleyrodis in citrus was analysed with dif- ferent determinative indices of ,I,/m,C_A,C and K.On the basis of the research sampling methods were discussed.It showed that the spatial distribution of the stromata fit into the aggregated distribution pattern.The linear regressions of -m and lg V-lg m were =1.720 2+1.313 m(r=0.787~*)and lg V=0.500 8+1.035 61g m(r=0.912 9^(**)) respectively.The theoretical sampling numbers for sampling trees and leaves were also listed under the conditions of permissible errors D(0.1,0.2 and 0.3)and mean densities of stromata (0.5-10/per leaf at intervals of 0.5).
