随着城乡电网改造的全面展开 ,加强配电安全管理、防止配电人身事故 ,至关重要。提出了配电人员标准化、规范化作业的程序和方法 ,科学地规范了作业人员的行为 ,对作业前准备工作、注意事项 ,尤其是防止人身触电事故等提出了具体有效的预防措施。
Presents the regular rules governing the behaviour of electricians involved with electric power distribution, the established procedures for electrician to following in making preoperational preparation, and the precautions to be taken to avoid accidents, and electric shock to personnel in particular.
