摘要
我国轻烃燃气事业的发展仍处于探索阶段,在轻烃燃气利用技术上,必须解决好如何控制燃气的混合比以及确定适宜的制气站运行参数问题,针对上述问题,以晔路盛燃气工程有限公司的轻烃气化装置作为实验样机,研究了影响气化过程各种因素的作用 (装置工程温度、系统内压力、液位、供气量、供油量等 ),获得了该设备系统制气的规律和控制方法。
The paper reports on the experiment study of Light hydrocarbon Gasification equipments. The research results indicate that liquid height, temperature, pressure, air volumne,oil volume exert graet influence on the mixed ratio of Light hydrocarbon gas. More specifically, it was found that oil volume produced a greater effect than othe factors. So changing oil volume is taken as the method of controlling mixed ratio.
