摘要
寒冷地区冬季漫长,水温过低,致使活性污泥中的微生物代谢能力下降,有机物去除效果差。这是长久以来难以解决的问题。为了提高寒冷地区冬季污水处理效果,筛选、驯化高活性、耐低温的微生物势在必行。本文分离、鉴定了 4种酵母菌,它们均能在 2℃时生长,并能有效地降解有机物。同时还测定了 4℃下单菌对 CODCr的去除率,其中 Y01菌株对 CODCr的去除率达到 82%。 4种酵母菌经大量培养和驯化,有应用于污水处理的可能性。
In cold area the metabolized ability of activated sludge is low because of the low wastewater temperature in the long winter. So it is difficult to improve the effects of bio- treatment in winter of cold area. To isolate and domesticate active sludge that is high efficiency and low- temperature- resistant is a novel way to solve the problem. In this paper, four kinds of yeast which can accrue and degrade organic pollution in 2℃ were isolated and identified. At the same time, the removal rate of CODCr of single yeast in 4℃ was measured. The removal rate of CODCr of yeast Y01 was 82% , which showed it is possible to apply them to sewage treatment.
