摘要
目的:研究大学生参与绿道休闲运动的现状并分析其环境影响因素。方法:以广州大学城10所大学900名学生为研究对象(有效样本为757人),采用问卷调查法对研究对象参与绿道休闲运动的现状和环境影响因素进行调查。结果:广州大学城大学生参与绿道休闲运动男生比例稍高于女生,大学生绿道休闲运动项目主要为步行/散步、跑步和自行车,且主要在傍晚和晚上进行,绝大多数参与者每周能坚持2-3次以上、每次持续时间超过30min;影响大学生参与绿道休闲运动的环境因素主要为安全和设施层面因素,同时绿道安全和通达性因素在男女大学生是否参与绿道休闲运动存在显著或非常显著性差异(P<0.05,P<0.01),且大学生绿道休闲运动频率、时段也与绿道设施、通达性具有非常显著性相关(P<0.01)。结论:广州大学生参与绿道休闲运动程度高、规律性强,绿道安全和设施是影响大学生参与绿道休闲运动的主要环境因素。
Objective： To study the current situation of college students＇participating in the Greenway Leisure Sports and to ana- lyze its environmental impact factors; Methods： 900 students from 10 colleges in Guangzhou Higher Education Mega Center as the object of study （757 of valid samples） ; To make a survey on the present situation of college students to participate in the Greenway Leisure Sports and its environmental impact factors by using the method of questionnaire. Results ： The percentage of the boys participating in the Greenways Leisure Sports is slightly higher than that of the girls among the college students of Guangzhou Higher Education Mega Center. Leisure sports in the greenway mainly include walking / taking a walk, jogging and cycling in the evenings, the overwhelming majority of participants can stick to such sports about 2 - 3 times, each time lasts more than 30 minutes; Security and facilities are the main factors influencing college students to participate in the Greenway Leisure Sports; Meanwhile, factors of gTeenway safety and accessibility that whether male and female college students partici- pate in the Greenway Leisure Sports are quite different（ P 〈0.05 ,P 〈0.01 ）, moreover, frequency and time for the college students participating in the Greenways Leisure Sports are greatly related with the greenway facilities as well as accessibility（ P 〈 0.01 ） ; Conclusions ： High degree of the participation among the Guangzhou College students, strong regularity, greenway safety and the facilities are the main environment factors influencing college students participating in the Greenway Leisure Sports.
