摘要
本文针对与刘东斌所提出的"档案形成在前"说相关的争论观点进行了梳理,从"记忆工具"、"定稿"、"收文"、"档案定义及本质属性"、"档案与文件关系"这几个角度进行了争鸣相关观点的评述与分析。
In this paper, the author sorted out the arguments that related to ＂Archives Are Pormed Earlier＂ be proposed by Mr. Liu Dongbin, and then commentated and analyzed related views about the arguments from the following perspective： memory tools; finalization; document received; the definition and essential attribute of archives;the relationship between file and archives. Hoping the archivists can have a comprehensive understanding of the present research of ＂Archives Are Formed Earlier＂ , then make some contribution to the research of archival basic theory.
