摘要
针对有机肥的块状性、高湿度、高含杂率以及施肥量大,撒施时需大量人力、物力的现状,研制了集排肥、破碎、螺杆式撒施器于一体的有机肥撒施机。通过对有机肥运动速度以及施肥量分析,确定螺杆撒施机构的关键参数。经过初步试验,各项指标基本达到或超过该机的设计要求。
Manure massive, high humidity, high impurity rate and large amount of fertilizer applicator when the status of a lot of manpower and material resources. Design a set of fertilizer, broken applicator institutions in one of the organic fertilizer applicator. Through the analysis of the organic movement speed and the quantity of fertilization, determine the key parameters of screw placement agencies. After a preliminary test, the design requirements basically reaches or exceeds the machine.
