摘要
本文研究光子密度波在模拟生物组织中传播的变化规律 ,探讨了在各种条件下光子密度波的特性和引起光子密度波畸变的因素 。
Diffuse Photon Density Waves (DPDW) is a new way,in frequency domain,using near infrared light to image biological tissues.The principle of DPDW is taking advantage of the fluctuation of the photon density during a modulated light traveling through tissues,which caused by the differences of the absorption and scattering between normal and abnormal regions.In this paper,the behavior of DPDW traveling through simulated breast tissue is tentatively examined.Under various conditions,we investigated the characteristics of DPDW and the factors which result in the distortion of DPDW.The simulation results could be used as a theoretical guideline for experiments.As a non invasive diagnosis method,it has highly extensive applied prospect in clinic and brain cognition studies.
