摘要
癫痫是一种由多种不同原因引起的严重脑部疾病,随着对癫痫发作诱因研究的不断深入,更多与癫痫发作相关的因素得以发现,为抗癫痫药物的研究和临床应用提供更多依据。该文分类综述了离子通道、氨基酸、细胞外信号调节激酶、神经肽、突触与缝隙连接以及遗传等因素与癫痫发生及发展的关系。
Epilepsy is a serious disease of the brain caused by a variety of different reasons. With seizures incentive for the deepening of the research, more and more factors associated with the seizures can be found. It will provide more basis for research and clinical application of anti-epileptic drugs. This article summarized classification of ion channels, amino acids, extracellular signal-regulated kinase, neuropeptides, synaptic and gap junctions, as well as genetic factors with the relationship of the incidence of epilepsy and the development.
