摘要
目的 :观察腹部穴位推拿配合中药治疗颈源性失眠的临床疗效。方法 :将93例颈源性失眠患者随机分成A和B,A组患者接受中药失眠方治疗;B组在接受中药失眠方治疗的基础上配合腹部穴位推拿,选用匹兹堡睡眠质量指数表(PSQI)问卷作为评定工具,分别在治疗前、治疗2个疗程后、疗程结束10 d后评定及疗效评价。结果 :两组在治疗2个疗程后及治疗结束后10 d的显效率和PSQI评分组间、组内比较均P<0.05,差异有统计学意义,其中治疗结束后10 d两组间的PSQI评分比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论 :腹部穴位的推拿配合中药可有效改善患者的睡眠质量,提高患者的生存质量,具有推广意义。
Objective： To observe the clinical efficacy of abdomen acupuncture point massage of traditional Chinese medicine for the treatment of insomnia due to neck source. Methods ： 93 patients with insomnia due to neck source were randomly divided into A and B. A group patients accepted Chinese medicine insomnia treatment; B group on the basis of Chinese medicine treatment added abdominal acupuncture point massage. The Pittsburgh sleep quality fares （ PSQI ） questionnaire was as the assessment tool. Before and after 2 courses of treatment, 10 days after the treatment, the curative effect was evaluated, respectively. Results： At the end of the treatment and after 2 courses and 10 clays of treatment, significant efficiency and PSQI evaluation comparison between two groups were both significant, P〈0.05. 10 clays after treatment, PSQI score comparison between two groups had statistical significance （P〈0.01）. Conclusion： Abdominal acupuncture point massage of traditional Chinese medicine can effectively improve the sleep quality of patients, and improve the quality of survival in patients with significance for popularization.
