摘要
目的总结复杂纵隔肿瘤的外科治疗方法,为临床复杂纵隔肿瘤的外科治疗提供参考依据。方法将无锡市第三人民医院2008年1月—2012年12月收治的16例复杂纵隔肿瘤患者经外科手术治疗的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果本组16例患者,恢复良好14例,死亡2例,死亡率12.5%。结论复杂纵隔肿瘤的外科治疗比普通纵隔肿瘤的外科治疗难度大、风险性高,应根据临床诊断结果进行综合分析,准确选择手术切口和术式,完整的切除瘤体,是提高临床治愈率患者生存质量的关键。
Objective To summarize the analysis of complex surgical treatment of mediastinal tumors for clinical complex surgical treatment of mediastinal tumors provide references.
