摘要
介绍了一种以STM32F103RB6单片机为核心的高炉炉身厚度测量系统的设计方法,给出了系统硬件结构图和软件流程图;详细分析了超声波脉冲信号发生电路及回波信号接收处理电路的工作过程;实验证明,该系统测量稳定性好、精度高,可满足高炉炉身厚度的测量要求。
This paper introduces a method of the blast furnace stack thickness measurement system. It is took STM32F103RB6 micro controller as the core. The designed hardware structure diagram and software flowchart of the instrument is given. The paper analyzed the working process of ultrasonic sending and receiving circuit in detail. Experiments show that the system has good stabilization high measuring precision, and can meet the measurement requirements of the blast furnace stack thickness.
