摘要
用光致发光的方法研究了掺铽的ZnO纳米晶这种新型掺杂纳米晶体系 ,观察到了其中的协同发光现象 ,指出ZnO纳米基质与掺入其中的铽中心之间存在有效的能量传递 .
Terbium\|doped zinc oxide nanoparticles have been prepared by hydrolyzing zinc acetate and terbium acetate. Nanoparticle\|matrix\|facilitated photoluminescence which is related to Tb 3+ ions has been observed for ZnO:Tb nanoparticles. The dependence of emission intensity on doping concentration of Tb 3+ ions has been investigated. An energy transfer from excited states of ZnO hosts to dopants is disclosed by the fact that the emission intensity of Tb 3+ centers increases with increasing Tb content at the expense of emission from defect states in ZnO matrix.
