摘要
目的对近年来职业人员接触抗肿瘤药物的评估方法进行系统的综述。方法查阅国内外相关文献,进行归纳、分析和总结。结果职业人员接触抗肿瘤药物的评估方法目前主要包括环境监测和生物监测。结论抗肿瘤药物多数是细胞毒性药物,参与抗肿瘤药物各工作流程的医务人员不可避免地暴露于抗肿瘤药物,产生潜在的职业危害,准确评估这一职业暴露对防护有着重要的意义。
OBJECTIVE To make a summary evaluation of methods for monitoring occupational exposure to antineoplastic drugs. METHODS Recent literatures were reviewed, and the key information was extracted, classified and summarized. RESULTS So far biological monitoring and environmental monitoring are the main sensitive and specific methods to assess occupational exposure to antineoplastic agents. CONCLUSION It is inevitable for many heahhcare workers being exposed to antineoplastie drugs which are mostly eytostatic. Owing to the potential occupational hazard, it is critical to assess this kind of risk precisely. This article is to review the progress of studies on nowadays related assessing methods.
