摘要
目的详细考察提取方法对含雄黄中成药中可溶性砷含量的影响。方法采用原子荧光法测定牛黄消炎片中可溶性砷的含量,探讨提取溶剂、提取方式、提取时间、复合提取、净化方式等因素对测定结果的影响,并对最终优化的方法进行方法学考察。结果 14个不同厂家的样品经人工肠液37℃浸提24 h,可溶性砷含量在200~1 353 mg·kg^(-1)之间。结论所建方法简便、灵敏、准确,可为含雄黄中药制剂的质量评价提供参考。
OBJECTIVE To investigate the influence of extracting methods on the content of soluble arsenic in Chinese traditional patent medicine containing realgar. METHODS Soluble arsenic in traditional Chinese medicines niuhuang xiaoyan tablets was deter- mined by atomic fluorescence spectrometry. The impact of several factors on the determination result was discussed, such as extraction solvents, extraction methods, extraction time, compound extraction and purification method. Then methodological study on the opti- mized method was carried out. RESULTS Samples from 14 different manufactures were extracted with simulated intestinal fluid for 24 h at 37 ~C and the contents of soluble arsenic were between 200 and 1 353 mg~ kg-1. CONCLUSION The proposed method is simple, sensitive and accurate, and can provide reference for the quality assessment of TCM products containing realgar.
