摘要
目的了解本地区医院病房床上用品清洁消毒的状况及其影响因素。方法采取随机现场观察床上用品清洁消毒的执行情况及问卷调查。结果直接接触患者的床上用品基本能保持清洁,但每周更换执行率仅为56.5%。间接接触患者的床上用品清洗消毒执行率仅为0.86%,重症监护病区和感染科较重视,普通病区一般不采取任何清洁或消毒措施。结论间接接触患者的床上用品更换清洗消毒执行率低,患者使用的被芯、枕芯、床垫肉眼可见不同程度污染痕迹。卫生行政管理部门、医疗机构、物价管理部门等应重视和支持病房床上用品的清洁消毒,以促进和推动医院床上用品的卫生管理。
Objective To investigate the current situation of cleaning and sterilizing of bedding in hospital of our region, and the influencing factor. Methods The survey was conducted by field observating the executions of cleaning and sterilizing of bedding in hospital by random and questionnaire survey. Results The bedding kept cleaning mainly for subject direct contacting with patients, while the implementation rate was only 56.5% weekly; And it was only 0.86% for subject indirect contacting with patients,it was taken seriously in ICU and Infections Diseases Unit. While it would take no action of cleaning or sterilizing in general ward. Conclusion The implementation rate of cleaning and sterilizing of bedding was very low. The stain was seen in quih, pillow inner and mattress used by patients. It must be pay attention to clean and sterilize in bedding by Health Administrative Departments, Medical Institutions and price control authorities, to promote and push health control of bedding in hospital.
