摘要
目的探讨奥敏清牙齿脱敏剂治疗牙本质过敏症的临床疗效。方法将65例共96颗牙本质敏感症患者随机分为两组,实验组用奥敏清牙齿脱敏剂脱敏治疗,对照组用75%氟化钠甘油脱敏治疗。分别观察实验组和对照组的即时疗效和两周后的疗效,并进行统计学分析。结果实验组的即时疗效(96.5%)与2 w后总有效率(92.5%)均明显高于对照组(86.3%、78.9%),具有显著性差异(p<0.05)。结论奥威尔脱敏剂在临床工作中为治疗牙本质过敏的脱敏剂,短期疗效显著,长期疗效还有待进一步观察。
Objective To investigate the short term efficacy of Ominq Dental desensitizer in treatment of tooth hypersensitivity. Methods 96 hypersensitivity teeth in 65 patients were randomly divided into two groups. Experiment group were treated by Ominq Dental desensitizer and control group were treated by 75% Sodium Fluoride Glycerol Paste. Respectively observe immediate and 2 weeks effectives of the two groups, and carry out statistical a- nalysis. Results In experiment group the immediate effect rate（96. 5% ） and 2 weeks effect rate （92. 5% ） are all evidently higher than the control group （86. 3% ,78. 9% ）, with significant difference （p 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion Ominq Dental desensitizer is a desensitizer treating tooth hypersensitivity in clinic, showing evident short effectivity, its long term effectivity await more observation.
