摘要
笔者分析了企业自主创新的内涵与实现方式,从创新行为与能力特征探讨了高技术企业自主创新的具体路径,并结合华为案例对其路径选择作了相关剖析,深化了对中国高技术企业创新实践的思考。
Based on the connotation and realization manners of enterprise independent innovation, the paper analyzes the path of independent innovation of high-tech enterprise from innovation action and capability character. At last, the paper probes into the comprehend of the path of independent innovation combined the case of Huawei, which deepens the thought of the innovation practice of Chinese hieh-tech entemrise.
