一种新型荧光材料的合成及荧光性质研究

摘要 通过Reimer-Tieman反应将荧光素甲酰化得到中间体醛基荧光素(L2),再与邻氨基苯酚缩合,得到荧光素醛缩邻氨基苯酚(L1).研究了L1、L2及L1与金属离子Co2+,Ni2+,Cu2+,Zn2+,Cd2+,Hg2+,Fe3+和Mg2+形成的络合物的荧光性质.实验结果表明:相对于Co2+,Ni2+,Zn2+,Cd2+,Hg2+,Fe3+和Mg2+,L1对Cu2+具有更好的选择性. A novel fluorescent compound (L1) was synthesized by Reimer-Tieman reaction of fluorescein and further coupling reaction with o-hydroxyaniline.The fluorescence properties of compounds L1, L2 and the complexes from L1 with Co22+ , Ni22+ , Cu22+ , Zn22+ , Cd22+, Hg2+, Fe32+ and Mg22+ metal ions were investi- gated.Preliminary results indicate the better selectivity of L1 toward Cu22+ compared with Co22+, Ni22+, Zn22+, Cd22+, Hg2+, Fe32+ and Mg22+ ions.
