摘要
目的对荷芩止痒搽剂(原生药1g/mL)进行家兔经皮急性毒性试验。方法最大给药量对家兔进行经皮急性毒性试验。结果给药后连续观察14d,荷芩止痒搽剂经皮给药量已高达5mL/kg·bw,相当于原生药5g/kg·bw。以体重2.5kg的家兔折算,体表面积给药量为67.56mL/m2,换算为人体表面积的等效量为226.8mL/m2,相当于原生药226.8g/m2。结论家兔经皮急性毒性实验提示,给药后连续观察14d,动物体重增长,试验动物全部存活,未发现明显毒性反应。
Objective: To conduct a perculaneous acute toxicity test on the effect of Heling Itching-Relieving Liniment( crude drug 1g /mL) on rabbits. Methods: The rabbits were given maximum dose to conduct the percutaneous acute toxicity test. Results: 14-day observation was made after giving the drug when the drug dose was high up to 5 mL / kg·bw,equivalent to the crude drug 5g / kg·bw. By 2. 5 kg of rabbit conversion,the dose of body surface area was 67. 56 mL / m. Converted into an equivalent amount of body surface area,it was 226. 8 mL / m,equivalent to the crude drug 226. 8 g / m. Conclusion: The perculaneous acute toxicity test suggests that the animal weight gain in 14-day observation after giving the drug. The test animals all survived and no significant toxicity was found.
