简述了该公司铸铁厂 10t/h树脂砂生产线技术改造方案、工艺流程、设备特点和工艺参数 ,对树脂砂工艺和粘土砂工艺的铸件质量及效益进行比较 ,并根据运行中存在的问题提出改进意见。
The scheme, the procss flow, the equipment characteristic and the process parameter of the techinical transformation on the 10t/h's resin bonded sand production line in this company's iron foundry was simply stated.The quality of casting and the benficial result of the resin bonded sand was comparied to that of the clay bonded sand. And the improvment ideas were put foward on the basis of the problems existing in operation of the production line.
